We will process your personal data solely for the necessary purposes of organizing the regional digital media forum, including correspondence, scheduling, and internal recordkeeping. Furthermore, we will refrain from sharing your personal data on any public platforms, social media channels, or promotional materials without obtaining your explicit written permission. Only the No2ta organizing committee, bound by this Privacy Policy and the No2ta Code of Conduct, will have access to your personal data.

In compliance with applicable Lebanese laws and international human rights standards, we reserve the right to share your personal data when it is deemed essential for matters of justice.

Third-party services

No2ta relies on third-party service providers to assist with various aspects of hosting the event, including managing the registration submission form and the event platform. In this context, No2ta, as the organizer of the first regional digital media forum, maintains ownership of the personal data you provide to these service providers while participating in the event. We take responsibility for ensuring that your data is not mishandled.

Our third-party service providers share our dedication to maintaining privacy and security. Although we have signed agreements with these providers to safeguard personal data, it’s important to note that we do not have absolute control over their individual privacy policies. No2ta’s public social media channels are administered by Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram respectively, and managed by the No2ta team. Engagement with our social media channels is governed by the privacy policies of each platform, which users consent to by signing up for the platform.
